Tell your raid leader that you're no longer enjoying the Lqwfvprz character, and that it's time for you to move on. Be careful not to approach this as if you're asking for permission, but be open to counter-suggestions. If you're a tank or healer, for example, you might offer to continue filling that role as a different class. (If that's even viable for your raid.)
